Customized Ludu Game

This customized Ludu game is a unique fusion of art and play, transforming a traditional African board game into a collectible artwork. Each piece is designed and hand-painted by Oscar Korbla Mawuli Awuku, featuring his signature Anansinisim patterns, symbolic designs inspired by Ghanaian Adinkra and the myth of Ananse the spider.

The board’s frame is meticulously hand-painted, turning the familiar layout into a vibrant visual field of rhythm and meaning. Selected images from Oscar’s art portfolio are embedded within the design, connecting his broader body of work to the spirit of the game.
